Barre Where You Are Pop Ups
If you haven't tried a "Barre Where You Are" class you are missing out on the heartbeat of RTB! The idea of these classes, very similar to our indoor classes, is to use inexpensive space available for public use so that we can offer competitive prices on the barre workout that you love. We meet at parks, docks, bridges, and even the beach to "barre where you are". These classes are informal in that many will bring a stroller or their children, we usually wear tennis shoes and we are often moving from place to place as we work (such as up a bridge or around Colonial Lake, etc). All you need to bring is your workout mat. We provide all of the equipment. These classes will frequently benefit a charitable cause and are always high energy and fun....and of course leave your legs shaking and your body feeling challenged! Barre Where You Are classes are posted monthly on our website and also sent via email if you are on our mailing list. Join us as we enjoy our beautiful city while strengthening our beautiful bodies!
Barre at Brittlebank
Saturday, May 18th at 9am we will meet at Brittlebank Park for an amazing barre class. We will set up by the trees to the RIGHT of the playground and then walk down to the dock and use the dock as our barre for our thigh and glute work. You will look out over the beautiful Charleston waterway which definitely makes the morning all that more enjoyable. All you need is a mat...we bring the rest. $10 to drop in or use a current package. Parking is free at the playground.
Barre at Brittlebank
Meet us at the corner of Beaufain and Ashley Ave. on Saturday, June 1st for all of your favorite shaking and toning. All you need is a mat...we bring the rest. Class will be at 9am and will be an express class (45 minutes). Parking is free all around the lake. Class will be taught by owner, Nicole. $10 to drop in or use a current package.
