Nicole Pridgen, owner and creator of Raising the Barre, loves getting her heart rate up and finding a way to help people reach their fitness goals. What she loves most about barre is that any person at any fitness level can come in and feel confident that they can complete the workout and see a major change in their body. Her teaching is grounded in the idea that God created us and wants us to care for ourselves – mind, body and soul. In her classes you will find clean and uplifting music, an upbeat attitude, life giving words and a challenging workout. All-the-time wife and mama to three baby boys, she is passionate about her family, fitness, and seeing women walk in their fullest, both spiritually and physically!

Originally a Georgia peach, Jessica Gregorie graduated from Clemson University with a major in Health Science and a minor in Athletic Training. Her born and raised James Island husband brought her to Charleston and they have just welcomed a baby girl to their family. Jessica participated in 12 years of gymnastics, with an emphasis on ballet. Her passion for strength and flexibility quickly found a home at the barre several years ago. When Jessica is not shaking and toning at RTB, she enjoys anything fun in the sun, whether its hiking, the beach or on the boat.

Sally Lund is a native to Charleston, SC and has been living in Denver, CO for the last 3 1/2 years. She has a love for all things fitness and has run half and full marathons, as well as competed in an Eco Challenge. Since moving to Colorado, Barre has become a large part of her life and her dedication to the fitness discipline has yielded remarkable results. She loves to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals and enjoys talking to clients about fitness and nutrition as much as she enjoys instructing barre classes. Sally is also a destination wedding photographer and enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

 

 

 

 

 

Anna Berry is a recent graduate from the College of Charleston with a BS in Exercise Science. She has a background in ballet training of 10 years and has always participated in athletics. Anna first discovered her enthusiasm for fitness her freshman year in college where she would attend different group exercise classes. However, after taking only one barre class less than two years ago, she found her passion! Anna loves how barre challenges her strength, but also encourages flexibility and balance. She finds joy in encouraging others while seeing them overcome challenges. When she is not at the barre, Anna is spending time with her high school sweetheart husband and pup on the beach, ridding bikes, or playing tennis.
