Nicole Pridgen, owner and creator of Raising the Barre, loves getting her heart rate up and finding a way to help people reach their fitness goals. What she loves most about barre is that any person at any fitness level can come in and feel confident that they can complete the workout and see a major change in their body. Her teaching is grounded in the idea that God created us and wants us to care for ourselves – mind, body and soul. In her classes you will find clean and uplifting music, an upbeat attitude, life giving words and a challenging workout. All-the-time wife and mama to three boys and a girl, she is passionate about her family, fitness, and seeing women walk in their fullest, both spiritually and physically!
Originally a Georgia peach, Jessica Gregorie graduated from Clemson University with a major in Health Science and a minor in Athletic Training. Her born and raised James Island husband brought her to Charleston and they have two wonderful girls. Jessica participated in 12 years of gymnastics, with an emphasis on ballet. Her passion for strength and flexibility quickly found a home at the barre several years ago. When Jessica is not shaking and toning at RTB, she enjoys anything fun in the sun, whether its hiking, the beach or on the boat.
“She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.”
